  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
  • We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for items of equal or higher value.
  • If the replacement item costs more, the customer is responsible for the price difference.
